Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your scheduled class, in order to receive a full refund, you must email us at communityfirstresponder@gmail.com 24 hours prior to class.
Once you have reserved a spot in a class, you are responsible for payment unless you email us at communityfirstresponder@gmail.com 24 hours prior to class. Failure not to notify us and you will forfeit your payment or you will be invoiced for the class.
Once you attend class and receive your certification card, no refund will be issued.
